Management of digital transformation projects focused at documentation and signature and operational efficiency:

• Elaboration and monitoring of the development of the 2018-2020 Digital Signature Plan: Facial and voice biometric signature, Device Binding and digital certificate signing among others.

• PMO of digital transformation projects: Transition from 6 different proprietary tools to a single CCM (Customer Communications Management) tools migrating the documentation and communications of the entity. Over 100 people involved from 30+ different departments.

• Functional definition of projects oriented to operational efficiency in both physical and digital archiving and documentation.

Management of the Testing Project for the new Bankia App2020

• Development cycle control using Agile Methodology. Release functionality control, User Acceptance Testing and release management.

Bankia. Digital Transformation and Strategy Area

June 2012 – July 2018

Redesign of the bank's operational processes: Mortgage, Mortgage Subrogation, Consumer Loans and SME Loans:

• Analysis of the state of the processes (AS-IS), detection of tasks of low added value, synergies and waste and elaboration and design of the final process.

• Participation in the partial outsourcing of the lending process of low value-added tasks: data recording, documentation analysis and document validation.

• Development requirement definition, planning, control and testing (UAT) and subsequent pilot test in a pre production and production environment.

Bankia. Operational Efficiency Area

March 2013 – June 2012

Management of service outsourcing projects, performing the following tasks:

• • Analysis of as-Is process model with pools

  • Process redesign: to-be model generation

  • Time and capability analysis

  • Management of technological changes aimed at improving processes

  • Definition of requirements for implementation in BPMS tools

  • Definition of KPIs and SLAs and Service Dashboard

  • Definition and elaboration of the scope of contracts

  • Launch and stabilization of the service

  • Analysis and selection of suppliers

  • Creation of pilots and budgetary and operational control thereof

  • Creation of the Innovation Dashboard Using Microstrategy over SQL Server and SSIS Load Packages

Requirements and international customer support (Offices in Madrid, Manchester and Lima). Analysis, design and development of the changes requested by customers for the part of business analysis and scorecard, integrated into the CRM base application.
