Certified in PMP® and ITIL, with 14 years of experience, mapping and redesigning different processes (billing, purchases, risks, mortgages ...), defining requirements and coordinating and controlling the complete software development cycle (Agile or Waterfall), establishing the necessary KPIs and SLAs and presenting the follow-ups to Executive Management.

Extensive background in Banking and consulting in the Pharma sector and a special passion for the Automotive sector. With team spirit, structured and calm, and good knowledge in data analysis tools (Microstrategy, Qlikview, PowerBi, Excel); in addition to very good communication skills between Business and Systems and transversal vision.
